Yes, this is the only healthy way to lose weight.

500 calories of deficit (eg. you burn 500 calories more than you eat) equates to about 1 pound of weight loss.

Look at what you are eating and how much you exercise. Burn 500 extra calories a day and you'll be a slim jim in no time.

For the most part yes. But it also depends on what your eating. If your eating junk, pasta no! Starch/carbs turns to simple sugar. The best way to lose weight is to eat more vegetables and fruit. these things dont give fat calories. And to exercise for 45 mins to work up a sweat. if you're sweating your burning. Now you dont just have to exercise you can dance etc. Just do it til you sweat. Good luck.

Of course it is. This is the best way to loose weight. Just try to eat a lot of veggies and fruits. You can eat lots of those if you're really hungry and it will be good for you.

Yes.

Depending on what you're doing, you might not lose weight, as fat loss would be offset by muscle gain. However, you will slim down.

When was the last time you saw a fat runner? They're not runners 'cause they're skinny, they are skinny 'cause they are runners.
