Hands down,
http://airnav.com/

it's got all the airport info including airport diagrams.

For Charts, use
http://skyvector.com/

it's a database of online aeronautical charts. Hope this helps! These are mostly for North America though.
Jeppesen has a service called "SIMChart" that covers the whole world, but it is not free; it is 59$ a year.
They are not meant for real world navigation, since they may not be entirely up to date, but especially for Flight Sim, that won't matter.

Have Fun!

Get Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. It's the version before the most recent version (FSX), and it's still available from some places, often for less than $20. It's actually preferable to the latest version in many ways: not only is it a lot cheaper, but it runs a lot faster on a typical PC. The only thing that FSX added was more eye candy, and to see most of that you need a very powerful PC.

All the advices given above are good. Here might be another way. Find a local jet charter company that has mid-size to large jets like Gulfstream G550, Challenger 604, & etc. and contact them. They should have all the Jeppensen charts due to the nature of their business flying all over the world. Another possible option is to contact flight support services for corporate aviation like Universal Weather and Aviation, Baseops International and Air Routing. If you asked them politely and explain your situation, they might send you their recently expired charts.

I don't think that there are any places to get free Jepps Charts, but the suggestion to hang around the local airport is the best way to get the older charts. Most, especially if they have the world get what is known as "Q" service and they get updates all of the time to replace the older charts - we used to just throw ours away.

Hang around the local airport and ask pilots to save their outdated ones for you. Works best at small airports.
