Burn it with Nero or almost any other CD Writing program that can use ISO Images.
Or mount it with daemon tools.

You can either burn the files as an ISO cd or get something like Daemon tools to mount the file..

You need something like Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% to read the image

Those are image files or iso's, you can burn them to a CD (roxio or nero) or use something like daemon tools to run them like a CD.
