The most healthy way to lose weight its a pound a week. But fast weight off is wwas easy as exercise and eating right. Do starve yourself...straving yourself cause you to store fat not lose it. It several light healthy meals a day. And work out everyday, make sure that you sweat and watch your calorie intake. Oh yeah and do not under any circumstances eat food after a certain time of the night. Or eat before you go to sleep...that makes you gain weight.

ok i tried this and it really showed i ate nothing but fruit for 1 week and lost 7 pounds i also excercised i ate grapes strawberries grapfruit apples salads with oil and vinager nothing eles on it it was hard but it worked i did it all together for 1 month and lost 1 pd a day good luck

Work a treadmill or cardio class like no other daily, avoid snacking on the junk foods we all know about, make your meals small, drink MANY glasses of water and eat your last meal before 7pm..good luck!!
