Too much water can cause hyponatremia, Hyponatremia occurs when the normal amount of sodium (required by our bodies) are diluted. Also, our kidneys may be seriously burdened as it may not be able to get rid of the excess amount of water in our body.

Even though water is very ealthy for you, to much can hurt you. A good way to tell if your hydrated enough is to look at your pee. If your urine is a bright yellow to orange.. it means youre dehydrated & need to drink more water. A healthy looking urine is a light pale yellow to almost clear.

You would be well hydrated. Potenially you could end up with an electrolyte imbalance but if you had a Gatorade everyonce in a while you would be fine.

2 or 3 years ago some kid died from consuming too much water too quickly. It was a college hazing thing. I guess they thought it was safe since it wasn't booze.

There is such thing as water toxicity. Too much is dangerous. If you drink too much, you'll start to feel sick.

I think the overconsumption of water can actually be deadly. I wouldn't try it if I were you.
