most of the time your face is fat because your body is like that...not saying that you are fat because I am skinny and my cheeks are plump...but smile a lot that works down the "fat: look in your face.

The best exercise for the face is to move your face slowly clock wise and anticlockwise all way from the bottom and go up as much as you can. Meaning, first you try to touch your chin to the front of th enext and then slowly take backwards. This exercise makes wonders ! Do it at least 10 times a day. Good luck

There is a universal remedy. Shun junk food. Eat healthy food with plenty of fresh fruits and do exercise, daily.

You can't target a specific part of your body to lose weight, to lose the weight do as you would normally to lose weight. Exercise, eat right etc. the face is one of the first places to lose the weight, though, if i remember correctly.
