You read the whole Bible and didn't find a single good verse?! I think you're being overly choosy because the book is filled with great verses! If a pagan like me can find terrific verses in the Bible, so can you!

They loved not their lives, even unto death. (speaking about the saints who died for Christ - in that they did not care about this world only about the one to come - like a man who jumps infront of a bus to save a kid loves not his life but the life of others.)
