Excedrine Migraine. It has caffeine in it which constricts blood vessels, controlling the throbbing.

Have you been diagnosed with migraine by a doctor? If so, he/she has most likely prescribed a migraine medication to you. Most over the counter drugs like Paracetamol or Aspirin will not work with a real migraine attack - it is very different from severe headache.

I think excedrin migraine is the best OTC. If I don't have this, I just keep popping those advil.


(never saw the doctor for migraines, yes, I know I should, I know avoiding doctors is wrong, yet I continue to do it) is that what you're doing? (or did you run out of your meds)?

I like Excedrin Migraine with a cup of coffee.Hope this helps.

Excedrin Migraine and try to drink coffee/mountaindew with it. The extra caffiene helps.

Excedrin Migraine works well but if they are severe you need to see a M.D.
