Is it just to sweat the toxins out of you? We have a sauna at my gym along with a steam room. Should I use them? What should I wear?

Removing toxins is one advantage. Getting rid of water weight is another. Exercising the body's immune system is yet another.

Whether you should use them is somewhat up to you. If they are dirty and have mold growing in them then you should avoid them at all costs. But if they are cleaning them regularly then it is probably good for you.

What should you wear? What is everyone else wearing? In some areas of Europe you don't wear anything. In America typically one would wear a swimming suit.
