Leptospirosis (also known as Weil's disease, canicola fever, canefield fever, nanukayami fever or 7-day fever) is a bacterial zoonotic disease caused by spirochaetes of the genus Leptospira that affects humans and a wide range of animals, including mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles.
Though being recognised among the world's most common zoonosis, leptospirosis is a relatively rare bacterial infection in humans. The infection is commonly transmitted to humans by allowing fresh water that has been contaminated by animal urine to come in contact with unhealed breaks in the skin, eyes or with the mucous membranes

This conditon is caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium leprae. A family of the bacteria causing the pulmonary tuberculosis so it is also contagious and transmitted thru contact with someone who has the bacteria. It is to note that people who have low immune response is commonly the one's easily infected with this. This can be treated wiht anitbiotic therapy. Hope this helps. God bless

A condition that causes hemorrahagic spirochetal jaundace. The bacteria is found world wide, natural hosts are wild animals, dogs. Humans aquire the bacteria from exposure to animal urine, often in water such as ponds and puddles. Symtomatic infections ranges from mild gastrointestinal upset to fatal liver failure often in association with meningitis.

This is a bacteria usually found in pee from Rats. This bacteria has a the shape of an "S" and is very dangerous. We need to be particularly careful with stuff from storage areas that may have been around rats.
