This question is wrong on so many levels...
First, there is no God, so there are no "God's children". There are just people.
Secondly, the word "Spiritual" is rather meaningless and vague. "Spiritual sickness" is just nonsense.
Thirdly, hate can be good or bad. Even the Bible, says there is a time for hate. It's one of the few wise things in there.
