I have this really weird sensation in my lower right abdomen. I dont think its life threatening or anything like that. It doesn't hurt and for what I know my family hasnt had much of a history of cancer. I have had this feeling for about a week or so. What do you think is going on?

If you're male and the sensation is very low in your right abodmen, just over your hip bone, and feels like a pinch or a slightly painful tingle, it's very likely it's your appendix. (If you're female, it may be ovaluation but would be unusual for this sensation to last for a week.)
You should see a doctor or go to the ER as soon as possible - having an appendectomy prior to your appendix bursting will most likely result in just an overnight stay in the hospital; should your appendix burst, you're looking at four days to a week in the hospital without complications (complications could result in a much longer stay and in some cases, death.)

There's a number of things that could be going on there.... the most important is your appendix, which could be infected. Other things to consider would be gas or your period if you're a female. Go see a doctor ASAP.

Go see a doctor man, don't be foolish!!!!! I had a good friend many years ago that had similar feelings but in his stomach. It turned out to be a bad blood vessel that could have burst and killed him, his wife made him go to the hospital to have it checked out!!!!
