Why Does the USA SELL WEAPONS to dictators and then call them dangerous enemies???

This is the way of the world. You attack your self when you want the public to back you on attacking others. But first you must make sure they have the proper weapons right?

We call them dangerous when they turn on us. You'd think we would have learned by now. The other problem that exists is, if we don't sell them the weapons they ask for, our adversaries will. Once a smaller country becomes dependent on a country's weapons, they become dependent on that country for spare parts. So, the first one to the bargain table is the one who has bought a new friend.

We like the Russians, Chinese, N.Koreans, Israeli's, Pakistan use weapons as a means to make friends, not necessarily to help a country defend itself. It's an ugly game, but you're damned if you do and damned if you don't!

The US only calls dictators dangerous enemies after the dictator does something to piss the US off, things like have some integrity or listen to the people, or, god forbid, nationalize their oil.

the final theory is to sell your previous weapons which you no longer desire. It makes you richer so which you're able to have the money for to purchase much extra cutting-edge ones your self and makes it impossible for different enemies to sell their weapons and attain economies of scale in production.

Well looking at this from one aspect we make and provide weapons to a foreign country and they decide to go to war with us, where are they going to get replacement parts from.
