My blood seems to have thinned out after years of living in warm weather. I seem to be more susceptible to cold weather whereas i was not before.

You can't make the blood change....bundle up, take vitamins and eventually you will become more used to the cold and adapt to it.

My brother lived in New England all his life and then joined the navy. After 2 years in Guam he came home and while the rest of us are walking around in t-shirts while it's snowing (because we are used to it), my brother has on 6 layers, boots, a hat, gloves and a portable space heater....adapting will take time.

Stay warm!

Thickening your blood is bad because it means you lack water in your body and it can casue several ailments. The only way is to adapt to cold weather. I don't know what really happens to your body but adapting is the only way.

You can not "thicken" your blood. This is an old wife's tale. It is actually considered healthy to have "thin" blood, if this is really the case. Talk to your doctor about strengthening your immune system.
