Yes that is very nice, also try this as I made it last week and it was very nice, its similar but slightly different
Cheese-stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon on creamed leeks
Ingredients
For the chicken
chicken breast
55g/2oz mild cheddar cheese
1 tsp finely chopped, fresh rosemary
5 slices streaky bacon
25g/1oz butter
For the leeks
25g/1oz butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
1 leek, finely sliced
100ml/3½fl oz double cream
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. For the chicken, use a sharp knife to cut a pocket lengthways into the chicken breast. Mix the cheese and rosemary together in a bowl, then stuff the mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast. Wrap the chicken in the slices of bacon to cover and seal the pocket.
3. Heat the butter in an ovenproof frying pan over a high heat. Add the chicken and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the bacon is golden.
4. Place the frying pan into the oven and roast for 15 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, for the leeks, heat the butter and the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and leek, and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until soft.
6. Add the double cream to the frying pan and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
7. To serve, place the leeks onto a serving plate and top with the chicken breast.

Yes, but I know a quicker way. Slice the fillet of chicken . not right through, put in your cream cheese, wrap tightly in the bacon. then wrap in cling film. Microwave for 2 - 4 mins depending on how many pieces you have in then take cling film off and put fillets into pan finish off in pan for another 5 mins, turning to give the bacon a brown pan fried colour. Serve on a bed of stir fried veg - mangetout, baby corns, mushrooms and onions. My husband is a chef and he showed me this quick way, takes 15 mins from start to finish including veg. Failing that ,there is always chicken tonight sauces.

That sounds like the Germans versan of Chicken chord on blu. You butterfly a chicken breast, then line the inside with bacon, and cheese, ( and sometimes a fried egg, though I think the egg makes it a bit too heavy ).

Sour Cream Bacon Chicken
Oh yum; this recipe is so delicious. Bacon is wrapped around chicken breasts and cooked in your crockpot in a heavenly creamy sauce. Serve it with couscous to soak up the sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
8 bacon slices
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 oz) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour
PREPARATION:
Wrap one slice of bacon around each boneless chicken breast and place in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In medium bowl, combine condensed soups, sour cream, and flour and mix with wire whisk to blend. Pour over chicken.
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked. Serves 8

That is a reallly good idea, but when you buy the cream cheese, try buying, cream cheese with pineapple or buy Boursin, extra flavour and really yummy, also make sure you use streak bacon to wrap the chicken in.....

I've had something similar and it was excellent. You could also put some chopped spinach in with the cream cheese. The chicken would be really pretty when you slice it into pinwheels.

I've never had it, but it sounds yummy. Here's another stuffed chicken recipe for you...
"Spinach Crab Chicken" - 4 servings
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt; divided
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat; drained, flaked and cartilage removed
12 fresh spinach leaves; chopped
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Hot cooked rice
For sauce, in skillet, saute onion, mushrooms and celery in butter until tender. Stir in flour and 1/4 tsp. of the salt until blended; gradually add broth and milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness; sprinkle with pepper and remaining salt. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, crab, spinach and parsley; stir in 1/2 cup sauce. Spoon 1/4 cup down center of each chicken breast half; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place seam side down in greased 13x9" baking dish; top with remaining sauce.
Cover and bake at 375* for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 6" from heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Discard toothpicks. Serve with rice.
