The Dead Sea is saltier. It's so salty that nothing can live in it (hence the name - the DEAD sea). There is plenty of life in the Red Sea.

The Dead Sea is the saltiest sea in the world. However, a new project in the works may create a canal from the Red Sea to the Dead Sea to raise the water level... which is dropping at a rate of about 3 feet per year.

No. The Dead Sea is so salty you can float in it, you cannot sink. Also the shore of the Dead Sea has a thick film of salt on the rocks from the salt in the water. Nothing lives in the Dead Sea. However, the Red Sea does have animal life and no build up of salt on the shore.
