Mathew 27:46
"And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, 'Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?(My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken me?')
This is accotding to Christians assumption that Jesus cried in a loud voice saying the above words while he was being crucified. This is a great insult as such words could only come from unbelievers in God. It is incredible that such words should come from a Prophet of God because God never breaks His Promise andHis Prophets never complained against His Promise.

Mathew 23:8 B
"But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your master, even Jesus, and all ye are brethern."
Here it is clearly proved that Jese was servant of Allah, and that there is only One Master and HE is Allah.

John 14:15-16-
"If you love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father and He shall give you another Comforter that he may abide with you forever"/
Muslim theologians have said that "another Comforter" is Muhameed, the Messenger of Allah.

First you are basing you opinion on your false religion you can not gain spiritual understanding while worshiping a false God but I will do my best and if yous eek the truth God will reveal the truth to you. your understanding of God comes from a false God Allah who is not righteous therefore he can forgive sin being in agreement with it. The true God is righteous and can not simply forgive sin it would be saying your sin is okay and would make God unrighteous.............Now this is the reason why God himself in the form of man came to the world because all of us had sinned and we were all guilty and the wages of sin is death, Therefore God who loved us in spite of our sin came to us in the form of man Jesus Christ to die in our place. Now The Father could not be joined with sin therefore when the son was taking on the sins of the world he was separated from the Father it was not blaspheme it was to show us what was happening that Jesus was taking on the sins of the world. The comforter as Muhammad is another lie the comforter is the holy spirit and the Bible shows this. If the comforter was to abide with us forever why is Muhammad in the grave? The comforter is still with us yet your false prophet is dead.

Thank you erfan. Here is what I would say to the following verses:

Matthew 27:46:
"And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, 'Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?(My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken me?')"
It is not an insult but a fulfillment. God gave his only son to be crucified and to be forsaken for the sake of those people in the world. That's how much God loves us.
John 3:16 "For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life"

Mathew 23:8 B
"But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your master, even Jesus, and all ye are brethern."
Here it is clearly proved that Jese was servant of Allah, and that there is only One Master and HE is Allah.

You are right, there is only One Master and HE is God. Jesus is God because he said in
John 10:36: "do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?"
John 8:23: And He said to them, "You are from beneath; I AM from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

Son of God –Means Jesus is God just as the Father is God. The phrase "Son of"- is used among the ancients to refer to one who has the same nature as...Son of God, means he has the same nature as God. He was called THE Son of God, being unique one of a kind.

John 14:15-16-
"If you love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father and He shall give you another Comforter that he may abide with you forever"/
Muslim theologians have said that "another Comforter" is Muhameed, the Messenger of Allah.

Now, in Matthew 28:19 Jesus instructs his disciples to 'baptise into the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit'
Why would the "prophet" Jesus asked us to baptise in the One name of Father, Son and HolySpirit? WHY? How do you reason that out?
Therefore, there can only be 3 persons in One God. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

For God the Father was revealed to Moses, now God the Son (Jesus) is revealed to us... and God the Holy Spirit the comforter.
How can you say that Muhammeed is greater comforter than God himself? For there is only One Comforter, which is God himself.

Amen.

This word isn't comforter it's counsellor. And Mohammed is gone. He is not abiding with us forever. In fact, He said that Christian's "incurred the Wrath of Allah". Not necessarily a very faithful comforter/counsellor.

I think in Matthew 23 Jesus was being ironic. Because He accepted worship from a blind man and also from Thomas so either He was contradicting Himself or He was being ironic.

In response to Jesus crying out on the cross. We equate that to the fact that he took all the sins of the world. Jesus was all man and all God at the same time. He felt the seperation that we feel from God when we sin. That's why He cried out.

Matt 27:46
God can not accept sin, and Christ at that moment bore all the sins of the world. Being a man, He felt God's absence at that moment, and felt deserted. It was a cry of anguish. Also, other prophets did complain... Moses and Jonah come to mind...

Matt 23:8
This group of verses is a discourse to the teachers of the law and Pharisees. Jesus is described as our master and teacher, and God as our only Father.

John 14:15,16
This clearly states that the comforter is God's Holy Spirit.
Read on a little further..

17that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.

23Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.

26"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things...

God has manifested Himself to mankind in these three ways...
the Father, God the Creator of all things...
the Son, God incarnate (made a man), in the person of Jesus Christ...
the Holy Spirit, God which dwells within the believer...

All are different aspects of the one and only true God.

It's like saying water is manifested in three ways...
as a solid, in the form of ice..
as a liquid, it's most common form..
as a gas, in the form of steam..

All are different aspects of the same thing... water.

It is these aspects of God that Christians refer to as the Trinity.
Only one God, in three forms, or aspects..

Your poor wrecthed soul, you try so hard to twist the bible around, but friend you can not twist it around on me after serving the same God or over 36 yrs. & not one time has he failed me.The only one he was subject to was his Father & Not the same God that you Muslims have. Now you once again want to bring in another comforter,, IF That Comforter you want to claim is Mohhemmed, Then wouldn't God send him in Flesh to live with you forever, Yes, Mohhammed had flesh on him, But In John 14:17 EVEN THE SRIRIT OF TRUTH , So now is Mohammed a spirit or a fleshly Prophet, You can not have it 2 ways. Look in Ephesians Epesians 4:30 And Greave not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of your redemption,& Ephesians 5: 25-27 Husbands love your wives even as Christ also love the church, & gaved himself for it, 26: That he might sanctify & Cleanse it by the washing of the water by the word. 27: That He might present it to himself a glorius Church , not having spot, wrinkle, or any such things, but that it should be holy & without Blemish.) Now I could keep bringing up bible scritures all day long, But I just gave you a few, Because you will chock on all I could give you to read, The COMFORTOR was not Mohhamed, The Comfortor was The Holy Ghost That spirit of Promise, & That Hloy Ghost NEVER at any time ever had any flesh on him, Because The Holy Ghost is the self same spirit of God. & what you just quoted to me in John 14:15-18 you can read it word for word of what Jesus said, maybe you mohmmed don''t want you to see that, mybe he is trying to hide it from you muslins, Read also ST. John 14:26 But the comforter which is ( MOHAMMED) NO, But the comforter which is the HOLY GHOST Whom the father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things & bring everything to remeberance whatsoever I have said unto you. Now Muslim people is Mohammed the conforter, if he is, then he forgot to shed off his skin, & he forgot to tell you that he is a spirit, & he also forgot to tell you what soever Jesus had spoken to him, or we can say what the Holy Ghost has spoken to him. So tell Mohheme that in order to line up with scriptures, he has to shed off all his flesh, Because the Comforter is a Spirit & not a Flesh, & also he forgot what Jesus told him to do, Now do you want about 200 more verses I can read to you to prove to you that your Mohaamed is a false dead person in hell right now with all those bombers.

The comforter is the Holy Spirit. The trinity consists of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ" (1Corinthians 16;17) The Bible is the mind of Christ.
It is Satan's objective to blind man about Christ and his saving work on the Cross. Satan wants to deceive the world. Satan attacks human freedom, marriage, family and nationalism.
The words Christ uddered on the Cross were to let us know of the suffering Jesus was going through. He was separated from God because of your sins, because of my sins. The first Person of the Trinity was judging Him, the Holy Spirit departed from him because, "He who knew no sin was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him."
"Through grace are you saved through faith, it is a gift of God not of works lest any man should boast."
"Nor are you to be called 'teacher,' for you have one Teacher,The Christ." Matthew 23:10.
The Gospel is good news because sin has already been judged. Sin is not the issue. Christ is the issue.Christ paid the penalty for sin. What I find so interesting about this question is that I just so happen to be studying Colossians, a series called "satan and the angelic conflict".My Pastor was just explaining the phrase, My GOD, MY GOD... Perfect timing. Peace out.

The teachings of Jesus from his own mouth confirm that he did not come to die for people's sins

Mathew 5:17 "Don't misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the Prophets, No, I came to accomplish their purpose.
5:19 "So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do so you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven.

5:22- "If you are even Angry with someone you are subject to judgement. If you curse someone you are in danger of the fires of Hell."

5:27: "I say- anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye causes you to lust- gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose your eye then to be thrown in Hell."

5:31 "anyone who marries a divorced woman also commites adultery"

6:14 "If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins"

From the very mouth of Jesus according to the Scriptures! WHY did he give all these warnings to the people? Why did he waste his life preaching against sin, and warning of the fires of Hell if he were to die on the cross to save everyone? Give me a break.

Well, the first scripture: Jesus had said that because God (the father) could not look at Jesus while he was carrying the sins of the world. The third verse that you gave referred to the Holy Spirit that would come a few days later.

Christians don't believe that Muhammad was a messenger of God. However we do believe he was the false prophet of which Jesus spoke.

Read John 3:16 and it is comical that muslims think muhammad is the "Comforter". They need to read again because it's NOT their FALSE prophet Jesus is talking about, but He is talking about the Holy Spirit.
