There are 2 parts to a better body, the first is a healthy diet, the second is excercise. If you're eating right meaning a low fat diet, not smoking, and going easy on the alcohol then focus on excercise.
The best way to lose your stomach is abdominal excercises, I do them daily! They can be tough at first but stick with it and you'll see some great gains in a short period of time.
Most of your stomach issues may simply be weak muscles, so start doing some crunches laying on your back, knees up with feet flat on the floor. Make sure your lower back is pressed firmly against the floor, this is very important!!! This isolates your abs!!! The just slowly raise your shoulders up off the floor and hold it as long as it takes for you to exhale.
I do these every day and believe me you will lose your stomach fast!!! Start out doing 2 sets of as many reps as you can pump out. After a few days you'll see you stomach start to shrink because your abdominals are getting strong.
After a month of this you'll see fat burning off so stick with it. Depending on what your BMI is it may take 3 to 6 months of doing this at least 4 days a week to achieve your goals.

There are exercises but that gets boring fast there are a lot of people that are skinny but still have a pot belly, unless you want to do crunches 24 hours a day the really only way is lipo-suction.

The best way i've ever know is the simple crunches,...always have your stomache sucked in when you walk,...watch what you eat, stay away from fat grams as much as possible and try a water pill to jump start your battle. This is the same battle i have everyday. It's not simple, not easy, have faith!!!

A good Diet, Plenty Water, and a good toning exercise each day, not a Marathon but maybe twenty minutes of stomach toning exercises

work out with a core ball.....after do a lot of crunches and sit ups.....try to eat better too...
