What I really like on baby back ribs are my hands & mouth!! My favorite baby back rib rub recipe is an 8:3:1 + 1 ratio. 8 T. light brown sugar, 3 T. kosher salt, 1 T. chili powder, 1/2 t. black pepper, 1/2 t. cayenne pepper, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/2 t. Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 t. dried thyme, 1/2 t. onion powder. The 8:3:1 ingredients should remain the same. The great thing about this recipe is that the (+ 1) part of the recipe could be whatever you like. I rub this mixture liberally on the ribs & wrap in foil at least 8 hours before I put them on the smoker for 3-4 hours. I usually smoke them in the foil as I like to use a braising liquid of 1 C. white wine, 2 T. white wine vinegar, 2 T. Worchestershire sauce, 1 T. honey, 2 cloves garlic chopped per 2 slabs ribs. Pour half of liquid into each aluminum foil pouch & leave 1 end upturned & open to allow the smoke to get in. After they have been on for 3-4 hours, pour the liquid into a sauce pan, bring to a simmer & reduce by half to produce a glaze (bbq sauce). Brush the glaze on the ribs & grill until the glaze caramelizes. Put the remaining glaze in a bowl to use at the table.

Anyone who says Chili's has the best baby-back ribs needs to get out more.
(and the for the TGIF girl...there's no hope for you).
For the price and for re-heated baby back ribs they are good...but they do not hold a candle to a slow smoked Memphis style rib.

I don't think so, they're generic. There's a place in Northampton, MA called "Smokin Lils", they have the best ribs, pulled pork and generally southern cooking north of Georgia.

They ARE good, but, if you love ribs, and I mean LOVE RIBS...Try Famous Daves, their ribs are totally awesome!!!
