Probably a lawyer is your best bet. But it may not work. If she did it, she knew going in it might be suspect, so she may have covered her tracks with her lawyer. That means you would have to hire a lawyer to check on her lawyer...tends to get pricey. But I DO NOT agree that you are greedy, as one person wrote! It is just a matter of fairly dividing what your parents had for you all. I suspect this is not the first time your sister has been shady possibly? Sorry she treated you that way if she did. It is very difficult to deal with that sort of behavior. But that type of thing has a way of coming back on people! Good luck. You might want to just straight out ask her saying something like, " I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but I was wondering if you may have accidentally taken more than your share. How much again was it? I thought they had more than that!" There is no easy way to ask that. But watch her face carefully, especially her eyes! You may be able to tell then.

Unless you are talking millions of dollars, is it even worth it to find out? I ask this because it may cost you more to find out than it's worth to know. You can ask the lawyer who drew up the Will, or ask her for the paper work of their financial earnings and then subtract any outstanding debts they had.
The cost or doing this is going to be bad feeling and hardship between you and your sister for a very long time, rather she got a little extra money or not. You already lost your parents do you want to lose your sister too?

As yourself this-

"Is this really worth losing my sister over as well?"

I am so sorry about your parents. Many families end up in feuds after people die and the vultures swoop in. I hope you will find the peace you need.
