Well to be honest in many instances, a person has to be physically attractive on some level for the relationship to evolve from the premise of a platonic relationship despite how great of a personality that they have. However, one might not realize how appealing someone is in the romantic sense until they really get to know what an amazing person they are inside and out. This also goes the other way in the context of someone who might be really gorgeous looking and have a nasty personality that causes them to be perceived as ugly because if there is no solid character beneath the pretty face you really don't have much to work with as far as a relationship goes. A great personality goes a long way in comparison to a a pretty face because after all beauty fades but one's character if they are truly that amazing will last a lifetime. Take care:)

I enjoy a great balance of both. Looks without personality is not very appealing to me at all. I can handle it the other way around. My husband is very good looking and has a kick a$$ personality. I enjoy the great combination.

Honestly at first, physical appearance matters a lot. of course, it's the first thing that you see... but afterwards, when you get to know the person you still go for his attitudes or true personality. so last say is personality.

Idealy we want it all, but i think there needs to be a good balance between the two. Overall personalitys more important but looks are what attract you to someone at first so you need that too.

The person has to be attractive physically to me but having a good personality is the key...and chemistry

Personality 100%. Is also nice to have a nice smile, nice eyes, and a great sense of humour.

personality is always first but looks are important too.But my guy has both so I'm happy.
