Im having a party tomorrow. Can I make the lemon mirangue pie now and keep it in the fridge till then to save time? Or will the mirangue go bad?

It can be kept in the fridge. Just don't let anyone with a fork know where it is!

Of course it will be okay till tomorrow! But rather keep in in a dry place (maybe the oven switched off) or an airtight container. Leaving it in the fridge will make the meringue sticky and not crisp like it's supposed to be...

It will keep unless someone eats it. I bake ahead all the time and pies are my specialty. Lemon meringue pie though not a favorite of mine, is enjoyed by my friends. They request that I bring one for all our get togethers. I hope that I have been some help.

It will be fine. Just don't leave it out of the fridge as the mirangue(sp?) has egg whites in it and would't keep.

not if you sneek into the kitchen at night and eat it....or your fridge gets abducted by lemon mirangue loving aliens...

Sure, but the eggs white will reduce a little and it will be dotted with small sugar syrup drops.

Yes, it will keep...cover it with plastic wrap or something to keep the air out, it will be fine...YUMMY
