What is deemed as good behaviour?

1) Doing things because you care/love someone; or for charity.
2) Doing things because you will be giulty otherwise.
3) Doing as your told by your authoritarian
4) Doing something because you will not get punished, or you will gain a reward
5) Doing something because it is siad to be the right thing to do.

It cannot be all of them since they often contradict with each other.

Like for example; killing 1 man to save 10 lives may make you feel guilty, but letting one man live would lead to 10 deaths would be worse morally.

I generally have the attitude that number 1 is the right way to live and that all must be done in a democratic way, fair and in a way that premote our human rights.

What is your verdict?

attending to the injustices within society instead of hiding my head in the sand and pretending they don't exist. it's so easy to ignore the injustices that are prevalent within the confines of our great country. politicians promise to rid the nation of these injustices: low minimum wage, poverty, hunger, poor health care coverage, no health care coverage, etc.). the promises keep being made, but little is done to reverse these injustices.
we need to rise up and mandate that the president, congress, and state and local governments begin to take positive steps to alleviate the pain and suffering endured by MANY americans each day. it's almost 2007, and conditions are worsening rather than improving.
