And here's another bit of evidence that evolutionists don't seem to be able to answer:
It has been observed that the sun shrinks at a rate of four feet per year. If the earth is bzillions of years old.... work it backwards, and we find out that the earth was destroyed long ago. Now I don't know about you, it doesn't look to me as if the earth is destroyed. So..... could there possibly be some discrepancy here?
SickPuppy:
Are you referring to Hegel?
He was more or less dead wrong, though.
ArkieBoi:
God's "day" is 24 hours. Same as ours.
In Genesis, it is constantly saying: "And there was evening, and there was morning; the ___th day." Which pretty clearly says to me that one day was 24 hours. Same as it's always been.

I believe in both. Neither side of this debate can answer the one question required before any real discussion can take place.
Bible say that in one day God did this, fine. Evolutionists say thats BS, fine. But no one can tell me. HOW LONG IS GOD'S DAY?
I think the biblical account of creation was given by god to man who at the time could only grasp the story as given. God would not overload the primative brain with quantum mechanics and phase shift ligt travel etc. He put us here to evol and grow and sometime in the future we can achieve godliness and then he can move along to the next experiment.

this one says - it is a shame that you somehow think you are educated ( next time wait for the weed to wear off - and i bet you don't KNOW the rotational speed of the galaxy or have any idea what that even means - playing parrot gives you a parrots IQ - just to test yourself how many years does it take for the galaxy to complete a rotation and how many times has it rotated since it's creation )

I think there is a black hole at the center of every galaxy to provide the necessary gravitational forces to prevent the galaxy flying apart.

Ugh, actually, the stars that we see in the sky are millions of light years away from us.

No evidence for creation; matter of fact, the reality is you and I and everything else really don't exist.

What on earth is your source for this fact? Please cite it, or stop claiming such things are true. Check into 2004's Very Large Telescope project, and research globular clusters.

Mainly, astrophysics has nothing to do with evolution, and vice versa, so once agin you have proved yourself to be ignorant.

the evidence for creation is all around you.
The fact that you can debate creation itself is evidence that it's true.
