Oh honey i feel your pain! The things I found that helped with that are the eye jellys that put in the refridgerater wake up like 30 minutes before you normally need to place the cold packs on ur eyes, you can even lay back down for the 30 minutes and when the alarms goes back off get up take em off and get ready for your day within a week or so of doing this you should see them getting better. Also try drinking 5 8 oz. glasses of water to flush out your body at night it could be from your diet. Hope this helps.

Oh that's fine. Mine was doing 12+ hours for about a month starting at 6 weeks. Possibly she is catching up on sleep that was lost previously, if she hasn't slept very much in the past? Mine did this because I had been consuming caffeine in the first weeks and he wouldn't sleep more than about 8 hours within 24 hours. So then when I finally figured it out and cut out the caffeine he was able to catch up on that sleep. Poor baby! ENJOY this time and get some sleep yourself because she will probably change up on you again in a month or so. And if you are breastfeeding don't worry your milk supply will adjust accordingly.

Although you go to bed at 10/pm it doesn't mean you fall asleep instantaneously. It is possible you are lying there for 30 minutes to an hour before you actual fall asleep and even longer to get into that 2nd stage of Rem sleep (deep sleep) which is where you get the most rest. 10 hours of sleep is recommended for your age group. One of my children is 14 years old and although he can stay up until 9pm (later if he has homework or game), he chooses to go to bed by 8 or 8:30/pm and awakes at 6:30/am.
He says that when he goes to bed later that he feels tired in class and rundown. However, on weekends he goes to bed between 12/am and 2 a.m. depending on what he is doing.
My 11 year old goes to bed around 7:30 and wakes up at 6:30 during the school week. He is allowed to stay up until 8/pm.
The 17 year old works during the week and doesn't arrive home until 10/pm so he sleeps at 11/pm and wakes up at 6/a and is always tired on those work days. On the alternate days he goes to bed by 9 unless he has homework because he says that he too likes feeling refreshed and not rundown. On weekends at home he goes to bed around 3 a.m. while at home. He stays out until 1/am if he is with friends.
You need more sleep.

This could be because you're not resting well. I know for myself that sometimes I struggle with nightmares and my body isn't able to get to a point of deep sleep where my body can rest and reep the rejuvenating effects of sleep. If you don't feel there is anything interfering with your quailty of sleep, I would start thinking about anything else that could be going on with your health (emotional and physical). Are you feeling stressed out? Do you feel physically tired or worn out? Are you eating well?

It could be you are not *sleeping* all night. Some people wake up several times a night and don't realize it. When this happens it doesn't allow your body to rest properly and could cause those bags.

You are actually getting to much sleep. They make masks for your eyes that you can wear while you sleep to prevent bags.

Are you eating balanced meals?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you moisturizing properly?
You might be too young, but you can start using eye creams. I persoanlly prefer applying vaseline to my eye area before bed.
See a doctor if this persists, but answer the above ?s before you go, s/he will ask you the same.

It is probably from allergies. . .Make sure you don't use down bedding, alot of people are allergic to it and that can cause it along with laundry detergent and fabric softener used on your bedding. Try a fragrance free laundry detergent and fabric softener.
