Ever heard the saying....This must be LOVE because LUST doesn't take this much effort?
Love will go places that lust can't handle. If you have gone through this before then you are aware of how it's gonna go.
Are you a complusive/obsessive person? Don't reject that before you think about it because there are more of these types than you know! We're trained by TV to be complusive (go buy it now!) and we are also trained by society to be obsessive (plastic surgery, newest styles, be the best ect.) It's all part of living in a culture of greed and possession. What you are experiencing is the 'after math of it' You are easily manipulated (means you are above normal intellect) and are having difficulty seperating what you want from what you need. LOVE you need, LUST you want.
Hope this makes it easier to figure it out.

If physical attraction and sexual conquest is the main thing at the forefront of your mind, it's lust.
By the process of elimination, you will know if it's love.

If what you feel deep in your heart is to talk to her, to get to know her, without any sexual thoughts, then you may have feelings for her. But if all you feel when you look at her is "She looks hot." and you get a tingling sensation, then it's lust.

takes time to find out. if you just feel that you want to touch her, maybe its just lust...but if you talk to her, get to know here for a couple of months and find out that you want to know her more rather than to just get into bed with her, then it could progress to love. :)
