By bus Euro Lines.
By Ferry, then train from Calais.
By train easiest Euro star.

The cheapest way is usually on Eurolines from Victoria Coach Station, but it's pretty uncomfortable.

Eurostar is a nicer compromise between comfort and price. To reduce Eurostar prices, it's worth looking at rail+hotel packages. Also, sometimes, changing your country on the Eurostar site to 'USA' can give you much lower prices, for some reason, and you can still book it on a UK credit card!
