The Healthy Weight Range for 5'3 is 113 to 130 pounds if you are 25 years or younger. Up to age 45, you can weigh up to 135.

That puts you in the overweight category at 135.

Now is a great time to start exercising and eating healthy. If you are overweight at a younger age, then you are on your way to obesity if you don't take care of yourself now. Best of luck to you.

An ideal weight for male same height as yours is 135 lbs and for female 110 lbs. Maybe you can trim down to get the ideal weight for yourself.

Your BMI is 23.9 (see scale below)

BMI is a reliable indicator of total body fat, which is related to the risk of disease and death. The score is valid for both men and women but it does have some limits. The limits are:

* It may overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build.
* It may underestimate body fat in older persons and others who have lost muscle mass.

Use the BMI calculator or tables to estimate your total body fat. The BMI score means the following:
BMI
Underweight Below 18.5
Normal 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight 25.0 - 29.9
Obesity 30.0 and Above

If your a female yes, a male no. Seriously I'm not being serious here but consider this, if your female your going to be convinced that youre fat no matter what your told.

Your far from fat from the sounds of it, in all seriousness. Stop worrying about it!

U can refer to BMI - Body Mass Index, to know whether ur fat or not. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.
The formula to calculate BMI is like this Your Weight divide with Square of Your Height. (BMI = weight /(height x height))

BMI Categories:

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

If you look in the mirror naked, then turn sideways you can always tell if you are fat or not. Another way of telling if you are fat or not is if you can pinch an inch of fat then that will also tell you.

look in the mirror and see for yourself. there is absolutely no point in asking this question - only you know whether you are happy in your skin or not. if your not, do something about it instead of sitting at a computer.
