the doctors removed breast tuiess from my arms i only sign paper for one arm when i was wroke up out if my sleep i saw my two arms band up that what aug. this year, i am still feeling pain in my left hand i never give the premmsion to both arms. when my hands hard pain me all times please help me.

Get a copy of that document and review it and make sure it says "right breast biopsy" (or whatever procedure they performed). If they did your left as well, they performed a procedure without your consent. A big no-no. Although realistically, the numbness in your arm could have had just as easily happened in the right arm. This is a normal risk of this procedure and should have been explained to you beforehand.

If your permission paper stated specific arms then the doc made a mistake, see a lawyer. Most papers have a catch phrase on them that the doctor can use his/her discretion if problems arise. Did the doc ever say you should have both done?? Even if separate? If so he may have just gone ahead and done both.

You can sue them for doing this if there was no cancer in both breast.
Of course, they may have found cancer in the other breast and if they tell you, it may be too late for them to operate on other by time they get round to do the next operation.
You will need to ask your doctor what happened, before progressing to sue.

sounds like you may have a law suite to me.. ask to see the papers you signed for the surgery and read it over real good get a copy of it and then see a lawyer :) wish you luck

I don't understand your question completely. What does breast( ?) have to do with your arms? Please rephrase question and check spelling. What does pain in your hand have to do with it ? What procedure did you have?
