I was told by a doctor I have to go on a low fat diet. He gave me some pointers, but I think it would be easier if I had a meal plan. That way, I might actually stick to the diet. I have weight watchers points books, but that doesn't give you the fat value of food.
I want a free diet plan website, if anybody knows of one.

Take time once a 1 week to plan out and look for meals and snacks so you might be prepared whenever hunger strikes.
