maybe she just has a lot in her mind. you know, i'm like that too with my boyfriend,,,it's like i have this moments of going nuts and then saying things i don't mean. actually, i seem to always get mad at him. but, he understands that maybe i'm just confused with the things that are happening between us, it's ok. try to give her the space she needs. have a talk and don't walk out on each other. you don't have to force your point of view into each other. just hear each others reasons. it's hard waht she says about being best friends, huh? don't get worked up on it. you're going to have clarity with the way she truly feels. i mean, be the good guy who understands but does not act like a total wimp. just be good, and don't leave her. i know she loves you. i mean im a girl too and i also happen to be super cranky at times, saying stuff (tit-and-tat) and then changing my mind afterwards. i bet she's nice....she's just confused. you've had sex, so maybe she's afraid about what happened...it's too complicated to say in words. but, don't worry, just talk and be THE GOOD GUY WHO DOESN'T WALK AWAY. :)
ciao. :)
she loves you, i know it. :)

She may have thought she was ready for it, but many people do not realize what a huge deal sex actually is (which is why I recommend waiting until marriage). Perhaps she's not happy with herself and her own decision, and possibly not very happy with you and you allowing her to make that mistake.
She needs some time to come to grips with this and sort out how she's going to deal. Let her know that you're supportive and you'll be there for you, but honestly, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for her to come back. It may happen, but chances are it may not as well.

stay friend with her but never try to have sex with her again ,I think after having sex she came to the part of having regrets and it's better to stop thinking about sex with her ,but being her friend is no harm ,is it?
