Is there a legitimate reason why a guy who used to talk to you all the time just stops, or is the only valid reason that he's not into you? Just curious...

There could be all manner of reasons. Do you or have you had a crush on him, perhaps he has found out and is avoiding you because :

a) he doesn't feel the same way and is embarrassed
b) he's just embarrassed

Or maybe it's none of the above, in which case the best course of action is to talk to him.

Look I am going to be straight with you. The guy you are referring to has decided to move on and date someone else. He does not have to have a valid reason unless you are a steady couple or are married. Guys for some unknown reason have this thing in their dna which is afraid of committment. (Mainly because there are so many beautiful ladies out there and he does not want to be tied down). Just move on and treat this as a learning experience and sooner or later you will find the right person who is just right for you.

It means that he could like you. If you've been talking about another guy around him,he probally got jealous and thought he had no chance for sure now. Or....you pissed him off or you're annoying him.

He was into you, but has probably moved on, or one of his buddies is into you and he is deferring.
