Eating enough for good health -

Are you eating enough fruits, vegetables and grains etc to gain your daily requirement of vitamins and minerals to keep your body healthy and functioning properly.

Go see the food pyramid in google.

You need to eat enough variety and the right amount of foods in the pyramid to sustain a healthy body.

Hope this helps :)

Eating enough for good health means that you eat what you need and you eat what's good for you, not everything you want to eat. If you feel full at a meal, but you haven't eaten every last bit of food, you should stop at that point instead of cleaning the plate. We tend to eat with our eyes instead of our brains. Most of us take large portions of food 'cause we think we'll probably eat all of it. The over-eating is what leads to weight gain and other related health issues.
