Although it is close to 72 hours since you had the injury, here is what i would recommend:

If the hurt or wound is inside and facing your teeth, then you need to ensure that the injury does not get aggravated or does not pain much; simple application of glycerine twice a day should help healing of the ulcer.

If the wound is external, most injuries on the face, especially around the lip heal faster than other places, since the blood supply to the reigon is very good. But at the same time, you need to be careful to ensure that no infection starts.

By now, of course, unless the wound and tear is unhealthy looking, you need to do nothing else. Care and attention to not cause any new injury should be sufficient

Put a paper towel on it with a lot of pressure. Then put an ice pack over the paper towel. This will keep the pressure on the wound a nd teh ice will slow the bleeding until it has a chance to heal properly. Get well soon.

Start with ICE !!! It will help to reduce the pain and the bleeding.
Then after the bleeding stops put Diclofenac (Voltaren), an anti infiammatory and analgesic.

If it's a very bad wound go to the Hospital !

Try mixing salt and water together and rinse your mouth out with that. It'll burn a little but that bloodey lip will heal in no time.
You can use it as often as you choose.

I would go salt and water, it'll hurt but work. My Gradma always put a tea bag on bloody lips or baby teeth that had fallen out. Seemed to have worked.
