Of course. The vast majority of atheists and agnostics are good people without embracing a formal religion. Morality and religion are not synonyms.

Of course. Anyone can be a what is considered a "good person" by the standards of today's society. By God's standard however, "everyone has sinned; we all fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23). Have you ever had a mean thought about someone? Have you ever wanted to "get back at someone" for doing something mean to you? We all have. Those are sins. In Matthew 5: 22, Jesus teaches us "If you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment" Jesus (God in the flesh) was the only human being to ever live a sinless life. He did that so that he could then "become sin" and die on the cross for all of our sins so that we may have eternal life through him.
So, can you be a "good person" without religion? Depends on who's standard you are using.

A person can certainly be good without religion. Some would even say that religion is most helpful to those who have trouble being good on their own.

The most moral, good , solid people I know are NOT religious people.
Religion promotes anger, hostility and hatred toward everyone who doesnt believe as a particular faith does.

Most people are so intellectually vacuous that they can't conceive of an ethical (moral) code that doesn't have a some cosmic muffin (god creature) standing behind them ready to squash them like a bug if they don't follow dogma.

yes.. why not I know people who doesn't have any religion but still they believe in god..religion is a way that everyone pray to god in different then other..
