the book of Judges
15:15 And he found a fresh jawbone of a donkey, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith.
**then he starts "singing" after killing the thousand men with a "jaw bone of a donkey"**
15:16 And Samson said, With the jawbone of a donkey, heaps upon heaps, with the jaw of an *** have I slain a thousand men.
**so God rewards him for killing the thousand men**
15:18 And he was sore athirst, and called on the LORD, and said, Thou hast given this great deliverance into the hand of thy servant: and now shall I die for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised?
15:19 But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came water thereout; and when he had drunk, his spirit came again, and he revived: wherefore he called the name thereof Enhakkore, which is in Lehi unto this day.
15:20 And he judged Israel in the days of the Philistines twenty years.

Throughout the history of Israel, God used the Philistines to bring judgement onto His chosen people, who we now call the Jews (see Judges 10:6-7, Judges 13:1, 1 Sam. 4:2, for example). When the Jews had learned their lesson, God would deliver them from the Philistines.
It is for this very reason that God directed Samson's conception, so he could be used of God to slay the Philistines and deliver his people. Although it may appear otherwise, Samson was doing God's will when he killed the Philistines in their temple (Judges 13:5b).
Peace.

Samson was not a mass murderer. The 100 men he slew were avowed enemies of Israel, and by extension avowed enemies of God.
This story, when we look at the bigger picture, tells us a lesson about staying true to God and constantly fighting the struggle against evil.
This lesson, when applied today, doesn't involve killing people with a jawbone, of course. But look at it metaphorically and you might get the idea.

Also according to the Bible God brought the plagues on the Egyptians when the king of Egypt wouldn't let Moses take his Jew's out of slavery. In the old testament God did help the his people.many times, and if you look at the Israel wars he's still helping,if people would only open their eyes and see.

weelll since you have the BIBLE in front of you I suggest you read the whole story.. the Philistines were mean people and the children of israel couldn't do anything but be their slaves. so GOD raised up a deliverer. but Samson wasn't a very good servant to GOD.. he ended up suffering greatly for his sins. just read the whole story.. It isn't as you present it.

You have fallen for the lies of Satan. Jesus Christ is the only to God!!!
John 14:6 John 3:16
1 John 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father. You will find true peace, joy, and love in him only.
Have you ever prayed for Jesus Christ to come in to your heart? have you ever made him your Lord and Savior?
Revelation 3:20 Do you know it???
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
You were never a true Christian, or you would still be one today. You are still lost without Jesus Christ as your Savior. Did you ever feel his Spirit inside you??? As A true Christian you will know Jesus Christ is Lord by his Spirit he will put inside you. Read the new testament, it will say over and over that Jesus Christ will put his Spirit inside you.
John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be IN YOU.
Pray to Jesus Christ and find out the truth. You will never be the same! Remember Jesus Christ said he is the truth! the Life! the way to God the Father.
