I'd go with at least 5 more kilos. The easiest way to calculate your desirable weight comparing to your height would be to subtract your height in centimeters and 110, so you will get 160 cm - 110 = 50 kg.

Your body mass index (BMI) is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in meters squared. Some say that a value of between 20 and 25 is healthy, others say between 18 and 25. It also depends on your ethinicity - eg Australian aboriginies have a lower ideal BMI, because they generally have longer limbs. (I know that sounds daft, but it's true). Below 18 is generally unhealthy, above 25 is also generally unhealthy, but these figures are only a guide. (They don't really take into account guys that are built like a "a brick dunny" for wont of a better description - you're typical rugby league forward type build).
You're BMI would be 21.48, perfectly healthy. You don't need to loose anything.

hi i am 160 cm, 55 kg. You dont have to loose any weight, we are ok!. If you really want to lose weight, go ahead, lose like 3-4 Kg, max.
