The excel sheet is starting with 'EDIT' from the left side.

The easy way is as follow:
- Go to View > Toolbars > Customize
- in that window make sure you are in the tab that named "Toolbars"
- Select "Worksheet Menu Bar" which is the last one in that list of toolbars
- Now press the "Reset" at the right
- Enjoy it

Two ways to get the file menu
1. Go to Tools -> Customize -> Click on Commands Tab and you will find the File menu abd click on Rearrange Commands.
2. If the above doesnot help, I will suggest you install / reinstall the latest service pack of MS Office you are using. This will definately work.

Go to View, Toolbars, Customize and you can drag it over onto any tool bar that you want it on. You can also remove options from different tool bars this way.
