It is not correctly written, because "par" doesnt make any sense in this sentence, and neither do "vengo". I think they meant "por" and "tengo". If so, then it means:
"a song by email? ay, ay, ay, I have to listen to it".
The translation of the rest of your question could be: Lo único que te pido es que revises tu correo de yahoo, si tienes tiempo. Estoy bastante seguro de que no te decepcionará"
