I have broken out in pimples.. first on my forehead, then my cheek, then my other cheek.. now I have a few on my face and I don't generally get spots or pimples...

I haven't changed my diet but am a bit stressed over my studies and also the fact that I'm going to Uganda and Rwanda in a couple of weeks time [situation is a bit precarious out there in places]...

Stress will definitely have an effect on your complexion. I know it is difficult but you must try to relax more. Try steaming your face and using a good moisturiser and acne cream which will hopefully settle things down for you.

Yes because the more you stress out the more your face is going to break out. If I could send you a picture of what my brother looked like for a year, you may just want to find a way to become less stressful. Because it looks horrible. So do whatever you can.

You certainly have reason to stress. Uganda and Rwanda are not exactly calm.

Pretty much all the andas and ondas are stress-inducers.

I personally am stressed by riding a Honda or watching Jane Fonda.

Stress is part of life. No one can by pass it. If your bowel movement is not that much clear as it was you should take care about that. Stomach is the main that react very fast in any stress full period.
