When you are bathing take a lime and baking soda in the bath with you, after washing yourself. Take the lime and baking soda and rub it under your arm wash off the excess and dry yourself and put on your deodrant as usual. This may help.

I have a son that always had problems like you describe. He was careful to shower daily and could have showered twice daily and still had problems.
Just remember, deodorant works by masking the smell of sweat, while anti-perspirant actually stops you from sweating. Since sweating is a natural bodily function, you don't necessarily want to stop it from happening. On top of deodorant, you also want to make sure you shower regularly and change into clean clothes every day. If this fails then you may want to consult a Doctor.

Make sure your only wearing cotton and not polyester, there are also other synthetic materials that will make you sweat, so stick with 100% cotton
