Of course not.

Push ups are a good endurance exercise, but they don't build big muscles - unless you are an absolute beginner. Try bench presses.

For abs the problem in most cases is the fat layer over the muscles. So you have to reduce the fat for the abs to be well defined. Work on your cardio to get your fat level down

If you can do more, that would be even better. The good thing about exercise is you can push your body farther than you can imagine. As long as you keep the sugar intake down, which turns to fat, and continue with your daily crunches, the abs should develop rather quickly.

Yes I think you are overdoing it just a little bit. Instead of doing such strenuous exercise why don't you opt for something else i.e. jog in the park and etc.

In the end exercising should be a fun way to keep yourself healthy. However maintaining a proper diet is good and dont forget to drink plenty of water.

do not do them on a daily basis. Your muscle mass type and tone for the duration of a few thing you supply them, no longer in the course of the exercising. finished restore is 40 8-seventy 2 hours. Your features will come swifter in case you do not do them universal. some human beings will argue abs are different muscle mass and may be worked on a daily basis. this isn't authentic. also 2 hundred-three hundred gained't do you any more desirable income in words of muscle income than 3 gadgets of 10-20. this is reliable for endurance yet when you're searching to operate muscle, you're fairly harming your progression.

in order to have great abs you have to get rid of the fat layers on your stomach...aerobic excersize burns fat. If you do not have any fat that yes lots of crunches will give you that six pack look..don't forget to vary your crunch to include all muscle groups...a regular crunch does not help with obliques
