No entire race/nation shares the same religious beliefs. Even in nations where almost everyone has the same faith, there will always be at least a few who believe something different.

That being said, there is no 100% atheist nation in the world. There are some nations where the majority is atheists, but there are always some people in between who have a religion.

As there is only one human race, and the majority of them believe in "god", the answer would be no.

Are there any cultures that do not have a religion (which is what I think you intended to ask)... there have been attempts to create such cultures. Look at the Russian communist of the last century. Within two years of the collapse of the government and the return of religious freedom, the number of people who believed in "god" was in the 70% range, same as the US. So looks like nearly 70 years of official atheism did not do much to stop religion. These people would have lived their entire lives without religion or "god", but the moment they can have religion, they flock to it.

There has never been a culture that has successfully had no religion.

In the Bible, book of Romans, it says that God has put it in our hearts to know Him - or want to know him. I am paraphrasing this but God has put it inside of us to know Him. That is why He is real.
