My dad works in my high school, i have a migrain headache and i really feel like crap!
I can't use the throw up excuse because my dad says you threw up so now you should be fine...any sugesstions?

how about a migrain headache, and just walk out go to the nurse and lie down for a while. just tell the truth you are really sick.

So just say that you have a migrain and you don't feel good. If you're at school then go to the nurse and they will send you home.
