because it seems they are all waken up. i just cursious what time now in Israel?

That is a very pointless question.
"Now" would be presumably defined by whenever you read this, and since "now" can be be any time of day or night, then "now" can be any time in Israel.
And when you say "waken up" you seem to imply that it is dark where you are right now but that is also pointless since nobody knows where you are (or cares).
Thus, the most accurate answer I can give you is that Israel is +2 hours GMT with daylight savings in early April (usually) and off in early Oct (aprox).

It depend on the time zone where you in. If your are in the Middle East its about 2 hrs ahead of the middle eastern country.
If you are somewhere else in the globe, probably +8 or -8, it really depend on your location.
