The Catholics made that up, they based it off this verse " But you have said, we have made a treaty with death, and with hell we have made a pact", in Latin it goes ," Percurrimus foedus cu m morte et cu m inferno fecimus pactum" kinda rolls off the tongue doesn't it?

Nowhere. The Bible teaches that because of the sin of Adam, all souls are already the property of satan. Adam "sold" them in the garden. So satan has to do nothing to get them. It was God who bought your soul with a great price, his own death on the cross. And all you need do is acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ and believe in his resurrection (see Romasn 10:9) and you are freed from the "ownership" of satan.

This is not in the Bible. I have head of this in reading books by people that were into devil worship and have gotten out.
