I told her that I might love her (I was really on joking), and now she wants to have kids, get married, but noooo way. How do I tell her to leave me alone?

Depends on how long you've known her. Thats what you get for joking around. Those words are very dangerous.

She is most probably a very lonely person whom no man has ever been/said he was in love with. And she was so overcome by what you said that now she is raring to have a relationship because she thinks that you will care for her and this will be a turning point in her life. So you were wrong to have joked and made light of something as important as love.
But I understand how alarmed and frustrated you are right now. You might not be able to get rid of her by telling her to go away since she seems so blind to everything you tell her and is so desperate. I think that the best thing would be to tell her and show her your girlfriend if you have one (and if you don't, just get a female friend to masquerade as one around her). She'll get the message soon enough.

Why would you tell her that you might love her if you did not...That is were you made your big mistake. Now it is up to you to be honest with her and tell her straight out that you are not ready for marriage, kids or a relationship. Being honest with her would be a great start. If you tell her that you feel that it would be in both your best interests to no see each other anymore and that you are just not ready for a relationship with her or anyone else she will be fine with that. Just be honest so she can move on and not feel like a complete idiot. Best of luck to you.

How about "Leave me alone" We are just far to sensitive, I mean if she's bugging you tell her. If not you're going to end up married with kids just so you don't have to hurt her feelings.

you cant, you told her you loved her and you cant take it back. if you are going to joke about things like that you know nothing about women. and i pity you for being so stupid. i know we dont come with a manual but when things start to get mushy just cuddle her and shut up and say nothing and just be glad that she is putting out.

i think it depends on how much you like her!!!
sometimes girls can get their heads to quick into something. if you have feelings for her tell her that it hurts you if she wants to obsess you, and tell her that both partners need to be strong in their own lifes in order to stay together.
she will understand..

send it in writing so that she can't argue with you: "i know i said i loved you, but PLEASE don't talk about kids and marriage with me! that is a very long time down the line! let's just have fun for now!"
