How can I reduce my attachement size more than once using winrar or winzip?

This depends on the type of files you are trying to compress / re-size.

If you are dealing with image files such as GIF, JPG, BMP, etc you may want to re-save your images as PNG files. If you have images that are embedded in Word documents try removing some of them or learn to rise them in a Paint Brush type application.

If these are MP3 files you could look in to converting them to MP4's.

In short some file types can't really be compressed with RAR / TAR / ZIP utilities. So other techniques are needed to manipulate / compress the individual files that are being used. Microsoft Power Point presentations are a prime example.

Using Winzip or Winrar u can decrease the size of your attachment only once,after that u can compress as many times u want but the size will not chage as your expectation.
