Everyone has to do a little bit of dumping in there life. Its horrible and it sucks but it comes with the feeling of relief. Do the right thing and dump her. Dont screw with her head.

okayyy..... this is a little confusing. But i Think that you hae to just say you want to be friends. It's hurtful, but you will be happy in the long run. She will eventually get over it.

yeah there is, start seeing somone else straight away. she will be so caught up hating your new girl that she wont have time to get mad at you. the only way you can avoid her rage is to help her aim her anger at someone else.
