Get some input into your form...if you're doing situps then you might be comensating too much with your hip muscles

another thing is you may actually have a six pack....just too much fat over top of them to see it....in order to see a six pack you generally have to be of fairly low body fat percentage.....and now I'm not saying that you're fat as you didn't give enough information to judge.....but it is a possibility and if the case thenn you should look at your diet

Not everyone can achieve a totally flat stomach. No matter how much i go to the gym or do stomach exercises mine is never flat. It depends how your body is shaped on whether you are able to achieve this or not, not everyone can. I did read about it on a website before but I can't remember what the name of it was, sorry.

Sit ups are good for toning your muscles but if you want to have a visible "six-pack" you should do crunches instead as well as eating less and less fatty foods. I don't think that women have quite the same potential as men do to have high definition muscles in their stomach area since women naturally have a fat layer there that men don't have.

Depends on the fat depost pattern in your body determined by your genetics. For some people, more fat might be stored in the abdomen area and it would be impossible for them to acheive a six pack without going down to dangerously low fat% levels. Learn to accept that fact and try to achieve the maximum potential determined by your genetics

You have to do more 'core' exercise. Go train at a boxing gym, 'eat and train as if you were going to get in the ring'.
There are many different way's to strengthen abb's and core, like impact conditioning.

Vary your exercises, try skipping as well, and don't just work on your front abdomen, work the sides as well. if this doesn't work for you and you haven't already, try getting a fitness instructor and asking them what should be done.
